An afternoon of exercise, movement and dance will help raise funds for Great Western Air Ambulance.

Keep Fit Association, Avon Area, will be holding a special afternoon to show its diversity of choreography and teaching skills. Each KFA class contains specially choreographed routines set to different types of music and are designed to tone and condition the body.

This event is suitable for all ages, and all those who attend are welcome to take part or watch. There will be displays by teams from Avon KFA, who have performed at Fitness Festivals.

The  afternoon will also benefit the Great Western Air Ambulance. Every year Avon KFA raises money for a local charity and have raised thousands of pounds for different charities since it began in 1956. All proceeds from the afternoon including refreshments and raffle, will go towards the Great Western Air Ambulance.
